Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

The short version

Use the site, build a resume, take it with you. The resume you create belongs to you, not us. We're not a lawyer, a career counselor, or a guarantee — we're a free tool to help you get something done. We do our best to make it work, but we can't promise you'll get a job, and you're responsible for what you put on your resume.

Who runs this site

360 Quick Resume (this site, including all its tools and content) is operated by MsDee360 Studio LLC, established 2023, based in Birmingham, Alabama. The owner is Dechanda Presley. Business contact: visionlabstudio1.0@gmail.com.

By using this site, you agree to these terms

If you use any part of 360 Quick Resume — the resume builder, the articles, anything — you're agreeing to the terms on this page. If you don't agree with the terms, please don't use the site. There's no signup, no checkbox, no contract — using the site is the agreement.

What this site does

360 Quick Resume is a free, browser-based tool that helps people build a resume by answering questions and clicking checkboxes instead of writing from scratch. It also publishes articles about resume writing, job applications, interviews, and related topics. Everything on this site is free. No signup, no email, no payment, no premium tier.

Your resume belongs to you

The resume you build using this tool is yours. You wrote it, you own it, and you can use it any way you want — apply for jobs, share it with a recruiter, print it out, keep it for yourself. We don't claim any rights to the content you create. We don't keep a copy. We don't track where you send it. It's yours, and that's the whole point.

The site itself is ours

The code that runs the resume builder, the layout, the design, the articles, the writing on this site — those belong to MsDee360 Studio LLC. You can use the site as a user (build a resume, read the articles, share article links). You can't copy the code, scrape the content, or repackage the site as your own product. If you want to translate an article or quote a piece of one with credit, just email us and we'll usually say yes.

Acceptable use

Use the site the way it was meant to be used. Don't try to break it, don't run automated scripts against it, don't try to abuse the resume builder by feeding it nonsense to game ad impressions, don't try to inject malicious code through the form fields. None of that benefits anyone, including you.

What we can't promise

We can't promise you'll get a job. We can't promise the resume the tool builds will be accepted by every applicant tracking system. We can't promise the articles will perfectly fit your specific situation. The site is a tool, not a guarantee. We work hard to make it useful, but the job search itself is yours, and the outcomes are too.

If a hiring manager rejects your application, that's not on us. If a job board's automated screener doesn't pass your resume through, that's not on us. We've tried to build something that works for as many people as possible — but career outcomes have hundreds of factors, and a single resume tool can only address a few of them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." That means we provide it free, with our best effort, and without warranties. We're not legally liable for things that go wrong as a result of using the tool — for example, if a download doesn't open in your software, if a checkbox option doesn't perfectly fit your job, or if you don't get a callback after applying. We strongly recommend reviewing your finished resume carefully before you send it anywhere, and we recommend running it past a person you trust if you're not sure.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MsDee360 Studio LLC and its owner are not responsible for any damages, missed opportunities, or other negative outcomes related to your use of this site.

Third-party links and ads

This site shows ads through Google AdSense, and some pages link to outside resources like job boards or learning sites. When you click an ad or an outside link, you leave our site. We don't control what those other sites do, what they look like, or how they handle your information. Their terms apply, not ours.

If we ever start using affiliate links — meaning links where we earn a small commission if you sign up for a service through them — we'll disclose that clearly on the page where the link appears. The commission comes from the partner, not from you. The user always pays nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, in the United States. If there is ever a legal dispute about this site, it would be handled in the courts of Alabama.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be flagged clearly.
