◆ What to email about

We welcome messages about:

• Feedback on the resume builder — what worked, what didn't, what was confusing
• A category or job role you wish was on the list
• A bug or something that broke (please tell us what device and browser you were using)
• An accessibility issue — we want this site to work for everyone
• A partnership or collaboration idea
• Press, interview, or coverage requests
• Anything you think we should know that would make this site better

◆ What we don't do

We're a small studio, not a recruiting service or a career counselor, so a few things we have to be honest about:

• We don't write or rewrite individual resumes. The tool is the service.
• We don't give legal employment advice. If you have a workplace legal question, please talk to an employment lawyer in your state.
• We don't help with specific job applications, interview prep for a specific role at a specific company, or salary negotiation.
• We don't keep your data on file. If you used the tool and want a copy of what you built, you'll need to use the tool again — we don't have it.

◆ Response time

We try to respond to every message within two to three business days. Sometimes faster, occasionally a little slower if life gets busy. If you haven't heard back in a week, please send a quick follow-up — your message may have ended up in a spam folder.
